I am in love with the holidays, especially Christmas! I’ve been obsessed with gingerbread decor lately, which also has me thinking of all the gingerbread cookies and desserts I want to make this year.
I needed something for a Christmas party, so I thought I’d make a gingerbread cheesecake dip for a Christmas charcuterie board, and it came out so good!

You can serve gingerbread cheesecake dip with vanilla wafters, graham crackers, ginger snaps, apple slices, strawberries, or even pretzels. Serve chilled and topped off with your favorite holiday sprinkles, this dip looks as delicious as it tastes!
