Who We Are
We started One Sweet Nursery in 2020 after our main writer, Jessica, gave birth to her second child and was struggling to find nursery organization solutions that worked in her home. Jessica was a freelance writer in the pregnancy and baby space for five years prior and knew firsthand how many mamas were looking for similar solutions.
Since then, One Sweet Nursery has expanded into nursery decor and baby showers. We especially love working on projects that allow us to curate everything one would need for a particular themed nursery or shower.
Our goal for the future is to continue to write how-to guides, curated posts, and tailored lists for newborn and nursery essentials, so our readers will use these resources while planning everything they need before the arrival of their baby.

One Sweet Nursery was created with the goal in mind to satisfy the nesting mama’s need to organize and create a beautiful nursery before her baby’s arrival.
We know firsthand that pregnancy is a special time for any mother, and there is nothing quite like that nesting feeling and desire to have everything ready and in its’ place before the baby arrives.
Meet the Founder
Jessica lives in New York with her husband, two children, and their dog. She spent five years as a freelance writer in the baby and pregnancy space. However, after becoming a mom, she took a special interest in writing about nursery organization solutions. This sparked the idea for One Sweet Nursery and, as they say, the rest is history. In her free time, she enjoys sipping on coffee and reading a good book.
